- AUTUMN WOOD VILLAGE I & II – These homes are managed by our development partner, Miller Valentine Group. Please call their Toledo property management office at 419-868-8552 or visit their website, www.yournextplacetolive.com to check for current openings and any other further information.
- HUD SUBSIDIZED UNITS – Applications for the waiting list are taken periodically, on a specific date, which is advertised in local papers. Please call the Property Management Office at 419-389-0361 for more information.
- SYLVANIA SENIOR RESIDENCE – These homes are still in development. Applications will be taken in the Spring of 2012.
- SCATTERED SITES HOMES – Referrals for these homes come from the Lucas County Board of Developmental Disabilities. We work closely with the LCBDD to house their Consumers.

Do you have 3 bedroom apartments or houses? No.
- We have one-bedroom units.
- There are some two bedroom units that may be available to persons whose family composition, or live-in caretaker needs and/or qualifies for a second bedroom.
- Willard Apartments has fourteen, 2-bedroom apartments and one, 1-bedroom apartment.
- Scattered Site houses vary in size.
What are the qualifications for your housing?
- HUD SUBSIDIZED UNITS – Applicant must 18 years or older, have a qualifying physical disability (requiring the use of a cane, walker, wheelchair or scooter; vision or hearing impairment) and/or a developmental disability and meet income guidelines.
- JOHN H. McKISSICK SENIOR APARTMENTS (HUD subsidized) – Applicant must be 62 years or older and meet income guidelines.
- SCATTERED SITES HOMES – Applicant must be a Consumer served through the Lucas County Board of Developmental Disabilities and referred by their caseworker.
- WILLARD APARTMENTS – Applicant must meet income guidelines and cannot be a full-time student.
What are the income guidelines?
- HUD SUBSIDIZED UNITS – Rent is based on 30% of income and includes electric, gas, water and trash.
- SCATTERED SITES HOMES – Rent depends on the number of Consumers living in the home. Residents pay for electric and gas.
- WILLARD APARTMENTS – The 2-bedroom units rent for $415.00 per month, and the 1-bedroom unit rents for $365.00 per month. Section 8 vouchers issued through the Lucas Metropolitan Housing Authority (LMHA) are accepted. Residents pay for their electricity and a portion of the gas bill. Water and trash are included in the rent.

What is the phone number to call in work orders?
- The 24-Hour Answering Service phone number is: 419- 537-7655.
- Emergency work orders receive first priority (i.e., no heat, sprinkler system, pipes bursting, etc.)
- Non-emergency work orders placed today will be received by the maintenance staff tomorrow.
- Work orders are completed in the order that they are received. Most work orders are completed within a 24 hour time period.
