Woodside Village
Woodside Village is our newest affordable housing development for persons with special needs in Toledo, Ohio. Completed in early 2010, the development provides 12, one-bedroom apartments and a resident meeting space.

Each building is 2-stories, with elevators, automatic door openers, hearing adaptive equipment, and fire suppression systems. The units have been carefully designed to address key accessibility needs, and provide those features that will enable residents to function as efficiently and impediment-free as possible. All units feature kitchens with electric ranges, oven, microwaves, refrigerators, and laundry hookup.
