Wood Lane Apartments
Wood Lane Residential received a HUD grant for the construction of a 14-unit apartment complex on Fairview Ave in Bowling Green, Ohio.
These apartments will be named the Nancy Ullum Garden Apartments in honor of Nancy Ullum, who served Wood Lane Residential Services for 29 years.
Eligibility Requirements
- Individuals must be eligible for services through the Wood County Board of DD
- Individuals must meet HUD income requirements
- Individual must contact their Service Coordinator to be placed on the waiting list
The Nancy Ullum Garden Apartments has a caretaker living on site. The Caretaker is in charge of light and general maintenance of the facility. Each individual living in the apartments will receive needed services from their current service provider.
