The J.H. McKissick Senior Apartments is a 12-unit development for seniors under the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Section 202 Supportive Housing for the Elderly Program. The attractive community is located at 1051 Brookview Drive in southwest Toledo. Preferred Properties serves as the Property Management Agent for this project. The 12 units include a 2-bedroom resident caretaker apartment and are developed in a one-story fully accessible building. The rents are affordable to persons at or below 60% AMIG, and residents pay no more than 30% of their annual income. Rents include utilities.
