PROJECT DESIGN & PLANNING

Creating a concept and taking it to reality can be a daunting task. We can provide the creative thinking that becomes a project's design and develop the action steps needed to produce the housing project.


HOUSING DEVELOPMENT

Preferred Properties, Inc. offers services in securing funding through various grants and other financing. Additional services in guiding a project through various stages are also offered.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

So, who's going to manage the project after it's completed? We can help with this because we believe that management planning should be integrated with project planning. Our management program specializes in HUD Section 811/202 and we can assist by training local staff or in securing the professional services of a qualified property management company.

Other providers of affordable housing use P2’s efficient and high quality property management service. Professional property management is an activity that embraces several functional areas: financial management, occupancy and leasing, asset maintenance, and resident relations. The corporation’s professional team is well trained and holds various management certifications with the National Center for Housing Management and the Institute for Real Estate Management among others. Continuous management education is provided to staff to maintain awareness of changes in regulations, policies, and best practices that affect the management of a community.
