Preferred Properties, Inc. is a dynamic and progressive housing development and property management company based in Toledo, Ohio. We specialize in the development of affordable and accessible housing opportunities, and to create integrated housing options for persons living disabilities. Our development program reflects where we are today with programs under management, and new projects in development. We will continue to aggressively pursue appropriate development opportunities, and in addition, our experiences and expertise will be made available to other communities who seek to achieve similar housing objectives for persons living with disabilities.
MISSION
To create affordable and accessible housing through consulting, development, and management of housing for persons with disabilities and others in need that will facilitate their choice of community.
