Autumnwood Village I and II

Autumn Wood Village I and II consists of 90 single-family housing units built on 18 acres of undeveloped land in South Toledo.   All homes feature one-car garages with driveway parking, fully equipped kitchens, wall-to-wall carpeting, washer and drier hook-ups, wired for telephone and cable TV as well as landscaping.

 

Each of the homes are limited to households with incomes at or below the 60% AMI.  Additionally, 20% of the units will be set-aside for mobility or sensory impaired households, and a full supportive service plan has been designed to aid these residents. 

 

     A lease purchase strategy is also incorporated as part of the development, which will enable residents to            make the transition from renting to homeownership. Comprehensive training of homeownership skills                and financial support is included in this plan to ensure its viability for residents
