Accessible Country Trail and Swan Creek/West

Accessible Country Trail and the Swan Creek/West communities are attractive 40-unit developments consisting of one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. Developed in separate one-story buildings ranging from 2-4 units, the apartments are fully accessible and energy efficient. Some units have garages, automatic door operators, accessible showers, and hearing impaired devices. Completed in 1997, the $1.6 million community maintains strong occupancy and high resident satisfaction.

Management offices are currently located in this community. Funding sources for the creation of these communities was provided by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), City of Toledo Department of Economic Development and Neighborhoods, Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati, Ohio Housing Finance Agency, and Fifth Third Bank.
